Issues We Encountered

This frittata had many positive things working in it’s favor- it baked up well and looked attractive in the skillet. However, upon eating it, we found that the unusual combination of arugula and goat cheese gave it a strange flavor. In the end, we felt like we couldn’t recommend this frittata.
