It can be hard to find unique chicken noodle soup recipes, but Damn Delicious has managed to take a traditional soup and given a new take on it. The true star of this soup is the fresh lemongrass- it adds a fresh and delightful lemon flavor that is neither overpowering nor tart. While dried rosemary and thyme can be substituted, we highly recommend using fresh lemongrass.
This dish is truly very easy to prepare and cook- the instructions are flawless, and the entire dish can be ready in under a hour. While occasional ingredients need to be added to the soup, it cooks unattended for a good portion of the time.
